Taum has a degree in business from Arizona State University and over 20 years of brokerage experience. Before starting his own real estate financing company he was an award-winning executive with Fortune 500 companies. It is Taum's goal to help borrowers develop smart investment strategies, make sound financial decisions, provide stellar personal service and make the loan process quick and easy!

Taum is considered one of the most trusted, knowledgeable experts in the field of mortgage lending and is often consulted by colleagues and media for his input. He has been on the faculty of the Arizona School of Real Estate and is a skilled trainer and speaker. In addition, he is a member of the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, a member of Impact Church, and a lifetime member of the ASU Alumni Association. Taum has been a regularly featured guest on ABC's Home Hunter Show.
